Caribbean (Guadeloupe)

I went sailing in Guadeloupe and Les Saintes. I sailed the boat from Martinique to Guadeloupe with 2 french boat hitch hackers.

In Guadeloupe, I sailed with a friend and her son. Unfortunately we didn't have nice weather: we had a lot of rain! This means that we didn't make many pictures...
But we got on the volcano (1467 m) and visited the Guadeloupe island in between the showers...

We also visited an animal and tropical center (Parc des Mamelles) which also had some (optional) paths in the trees (up to 30m high !).
We also went to a botanical garden in Deshaies which is located in the former property of Coluche (the late famous French comedian). It sure was worth it!
